Clapperboard works with young people from Palestine and Israel
Torik Holmes, a Clapperboard UK representative, presents a Flip HD camcorder to Palestinian and Israeli teenagers from Windows for Peace UK. The donated camera will be used by the youngsters to make videos and other content, which will be broadcast via Clapperboard’s website.
Director Maureen Sinclair said “It’s great that young people from Liverpool and the North West will be exchanging ideas and thoughts through the medium of video with young people in the Middle East. We think any learning on intolerance and prejudice benefits all societies.”
