This important fundraising project was launched by our patron and ward winning actor, Alison Steadman.

It's an honour for me to be returning to Liverpool.  Not only to this great city but to support the Clapperboard Youth Project which aims to bring both new and existing talent together in these monthly events that will raise much needed funds.

Clapperboard Presents… has been backed, and our screenings attended by acclaimed actors David Morrisey, Ian Hart, Christine Tremarco, Margi Clarke, Gillian Kearney, Christopher Eccleston and Crissy Rock; writers Jimmy McGovern, Willy Russell, Frank Cottrell Boyce, Frank Clarke, Julie Rutherford; and directors Ben Percival and Mark Herman.

Screenings are usually held at picturehouse@fact in Liverpool.
