Clapperboard Awards 2013

The 2013 Clapperboard awards were held on Monday 28th October at the Lowry, Salford Quays. The evening was a celebration of the hard-work and creative efforts from young people from across the North West, as well as their teachers and project leaders.

The Clapperboard Youth Project seeks to engage with young people and encourage them to create their own films about the issues they care about. It is an important way of helping youth people to find their voice, build self-confidence and discuss the things that matter in their lives.

Congratulations to all who won an award - and also to everyone who narrowly missed out. As always, the standard was astoundingly high and the judges had a difficult job. Thanks to everyone who participated throughout the year and who joined us for the awards.
