Clapperboard Presents an interview with Liverpool actor Tony Maudsley

As part of the Clapperboard Presents series of events at FACT, actor Tony Maudsley attended a special screening of "A Life for a Life", in which he starred. The harrowing 1994 docudrama tells the true story of Ivan Kiszko (Maudsley), a man wrongfully convicted of a gruesome murder in the 1970s and the struggle for justice spearheaded by his mother (played by veteran star of stage and screen, Olympia Dukakis).

The Liverpool man won a Royal Television Society Award for his role in the film, and has since gone on to big screen roles in Sleepy Hollow, Vanity Fair and Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, and is currently working on the forthcoming series of ITV's Benidorm.

After the screening a Q&A session was hosted by Maureen Sinclair for Clapperboard UK, and filmed by Bay TV Liverpool.
